Are You a Carer?
If you are a carer for one of our patients or if you are dependent upon someone for your care, please tell a member of our reception team. It is important that this information is kept up to date on our medical records to help us provide holistic care and to signpost people to support services. We are proud to have a Carers Champion at our practice to keep our register up to date and promote the support services available. Our Carers Champion is Tracey Worley.
