Practice Manager

Our Practice Manager, Mrs Sharon Rowe, has responsibility for the day to day running of the practice as a whole. If you have any concerns, or wish to make a constructive suggestion about the practice, she can be contacted at Williton Surgery.

Reception Team

Our trained receptionists are available to signpost you in the right direction for your needs.  They will require information from you in order to help and this will include asking about the nature of any symptoms or clinical conditions to ensure you are directed to the right clinician as quickly as required. All information provided will be treated in confidence and all of our staff must adhere to strict rules of confidentiality.

Administrators

Our team of data and office administrators, including our medical secretary, work behind the scenes to process all administrative paperwork and electronic notificatons received by the practice. This ensures that your health records are kept up to date and accurate to facilitate your ongoing health care.
