Registering with the Practice

The practice has an open list and is happy to accept registration requests from anyone living within the practice area.

Named GP

Whilst you are registered with the practice, every patient has a named GP who is responsible for overseeing their clinical care, they are known as your 'Usual GP'.  If you are unsure who your 'Usual GP' is, please ask.

 

Accessibility

Both Williton and Watchet Surgeries have ground floor layouts with wheelchair and pushchair access, automatic doors, low level reception desks, disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.  Disabled parking is available at Williton Surgery.

Our practice has amplification equipment to support hearing aid wearers and a translation service is available covering a range of languages including British Sign Language and Braille.

In line with the Accessible Information Standard, all patients will be asked to please inform us as to how we can meet the communication needs for anyone with a disability or sensory loss.

 

Car Parking

Car parking is available at Williton Surgery.  Watchet Surgery has nearby pay and display car parks in Swain Street and Harbour Road.  All cars are parked at the owners' risk and we kindly ask users to park considerately.
