West Somerset Health Centre provides first-rate medical care. Response to telephone health queries and concerns are rapid, informative and responsive. Appointments are arranged quickly and with the appropriate medical practitioner. The doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses provide first-class understanding, diagnoses, treatment and consultant referral. Receptionists are warm, relaxing, efficient, knowledgeable and informative dealing with telephone and face-to-face interactions with patients and public.
All in all this is a warm, efficient and highly capable health centre.

I saw Nurse Mrs Marie Richards, my appointment was spot on time. Mrs Richards was very attentive, explained the procedure for my annual check-up, she was very polite and professional. I did not feel the needle for my taking blood samples, and she spent a time explaining about diabetes and how to reduce sugar levels. Took my weight and height etc.
