Good communication from lovely smiley receptionist, GP was delayed a little because of an emergency. Only behind by 15 minutes so not too bad. GP explained the procedure and did the job in about 5 minutes with a clear explanation of what he did and what to expect. Great service all round.

I have been with this doctor's surgery since the beginning ( that's been a very long time!) and always been looked after amazingly from everyone one who works there they are so friendly and helpful and polite and so professional in their jobs and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering moving to this practice for their medical needs

Flu injection x4 .
Both nurses Sky and Charlotte, were friendly and professional. They listen to the family and understood straight away the importance of not messing around with both my sister and sister in law . By "over" explaining the process of the injection could of increased their anxiety levels greatly. Person centred approach and a good understanding of thd MCA (capability to understanding what could happen if refuseal thd injection. Ths nurses were quick yet made sure we all had the time to process... 100% service

Why when I'm having blood taken for testing can't blood be taken for a PSA test. I'm certainly in the vulnerable age group, and I haven't seen a doctor in many years, so I feel that I'm slipping between the floorboards as far as the NHS is concerned.

Charlotte Charlton is always so warm and welcoming, she makes us all feel at ease, did amazing with my little boy who was a bit anxious about the nasal flu but happy to receive a sticker, she was patient and kind, got down to his level and explained what was happening. I was referred to Slimming World earlier this year by the Diabetic Nurse due to blood tests detecting that I was in the pre-diabetic range. Since attending, I have lost 2 stone and am no longer pre-diabetic. I have adopted healthy eating and am now much more active due to weight loss.
I would be grateful if you could inform Dr Wyatt.

It's great that as a pensioner yearly checks are done. It means that illnesses can be detected earlier and possibly save the NHS time and money. Routine checks are important and vital. I received excellent service from the nurse who saw me. Thank you.
