West Somerset Health Centre, Williton, provides patients with an excellent service at all levels--reception and telephone, ease of making appointments, patient care, high quality of medical diagnoses (and appropriate and timely follow-up and referral).
The staff--doctors, nurses and administrative are excellent. They convey warmth, consideration, compassion, commitment and professional ability. We are so very fortunate to have such a high-quality medical centre in this part of West Somerset.

The other three people waiting for 75+ Covid jab were, like like me, all from Watchet. We all had to drive or be driven to Williton, the bus being notoriously unreliable, when there is a surgery in Watchet. The service we received could not have been improved.

The lovely nurse who saw me was kind, gentle and very sympathetic when she learned of my husband’s recent death. She didn’t rush my appointment, she gave me a phone number for bereavement counselling and made eye contact all the time.

My first diabetic check up at my new medical provider.
I was very impressed at the professionalism and kindness of the nurse. Quite different to my previous practice.
She also picked up on jabs I have not had and was eligible for, checked Doctor reports and booked everything I needed.
All of the receptionists have been smiling, friendly and professional.
No wonder this surgery was recommended by so many patients.
