All my tests were good.
Had a couple of unrelated queries. One of which an appointment was made.The other was info on RSP vacination.

I was treated with the utmost respect, every assistance is given to me whilst I had my annual diabetic check up. Tara could not be any more kinder to me. I am difficult to take blood from and her patience is wonderful. I am always greeted with a smile and definitely leave feeling better than I did when I went in. Tara had a young lady shadowing her and she was also delightful. Yes you certainly cannot fault this doctors surgery. They are a credit to the NHS

I recently underwent a mastectomy and I had a problem with bleeding around the drain site I was very distressed as I couldn’t get hold of breast care follow up with the hospital and I phoned the surgery and I can honestly say from the receptionist upwards I was taken seriously and every attempt to sort this out was extraordinary so thank you to everyone at Williton Surgery west Somerset

Dr.Smith, always shows concern and helps as much as he can. Also explains the reasons why different meds cant be used doesnt just say no

I had an invite to make this checkup appointment. It was easily organised. Check-in was simple. I was seen on time. The nurse was friendly yet professional. She made the follow-up appointment for me. I left. I have a muddled brain and am emotional due to long Covid but this process was easy for me. I’m very grateful.

Excellent service. No waiting, time taken to explain procedure clearly and answer questions. Doctor and nurse very caring and reassuring. Procedure painless and quick. After care explained and written notes given. Receptionist helpful and friendly.

My appointment was on time the nurse was friendly and efficient and explained what she was doing and why. Also explained why i should be doing certain things. And!!! She got blood from me first time and I wasnt all bloodied afterwards.
