Appointment on time. Explained what it was for. Made to feel comfortable. New appointment booked for result of blood tests.

Appointment was for an annual review, so was arranged without my having to contact the surgery. I was seen promptly by the nurse and my review was carried out professionally and in a very pleasant manner.
As a result of my review, a follow up appointment was required which was made by the nurse for the following day. That appointment was with a different nurse but was also conducted in an equally professional and relaxed manner.
