All staff are so helpful at the Williton surgery. I rang at 8 and got an appointment at 9, which is often the case when I ring about my children. The GP - Dr Smith - was really thorough and reassuring and the receptionist was able to help with my questions. I have been taking my children here since we moved here 5 years ago and have never had a bad experience, it’s seems like a very well run practice.

Everyone is so friendly and I have never attended a GP Surgery that offers an in-house cryo surgery, not even when I used to attend one that included a nationally known doctor as one of its partners.

Good experience in that the appointment (for flu jab) was obtained easily and speedily, the appointment was carried out almost on time and thus the desired result was obtained. But I felt very sorry for the one nurse carrying out the jabs who was having to work at top speed with no time to wait for people to take their arms from sleeves etc. Despite the rush, and the hordes of people waiting in the queue, she maintained a pleasant attitude which I greatly admired!
This was the only criticism - too many people for one nurse to comfortably deal with.

Flu injection x4 .
Both nurses Sky and Charlotte, were friendly and professional. They listen to the family and understood straight away the importance of not messing around with both my sister and sister in law . By "over" explaining the process of the injection could of increased their anxiety levels greatly. Person centred approach and a good understanding of thd MCA (capability to understanding what could happen if refuseal thd injection. Ths nurses were quick yet made sure we all had the time to process... 100% service

Why when I'm having blood taken for testing can't blood be taken for a PSA test. I'm certainly in the vulnerable age group, and I haven't seen a doctor in many years, so I feel that I'm slipping between the floorboards as far as the NHS is concerned.

Charlotte Charlton is always so warm and welcoming, she makes us all feel at ease, did amazing with my little boy who was a bit anxious about the nasal flu but happy to receive a sticker, she was patient and kind, got down to his level and explained what was happening. I was referred to Slimming World earlier this year by the Diabetic Nurse due to blood tests detecting that I was in the pre-diabetic range. Since attending, I have lost 2 stone and am no longer pre-diabetic. I have adopted healthy eating and am now much more active due to weight loss.

It's great that as a pensioner yearly checks are done. It means that illnesses can be detected earlier and possibly save the NHS time and money. Routine checks are important and vital. I received excellent service from the nurse who saw me. Thank you.
