My nurse understood I as deaf and made sure to look clearly at me so I could read her lips. She spoke at a good pace and it was easy to read her lips. She did all the tests explained all of them and she was very pleasant and professional to deal with. It’s not always the case I sometimes spend time kept telling them not to look away or stare at the computer.

Your staff are always very helpful and encouraging.They answer my questions and explain things in layman terms so I can understand what I need to do.
