Disability Access
If you have any special needs please let our staff know so that we can help and ensure you get the same support in the future.
Our facilities are located within ground floor layouts, with wide door access and toilet facilities for patients with wheelchairs. Our surgeries offer automated entrance doors and low level reception desks. We also have a portable induction loop in each surgery to enable hearing aid wearers to hear speech clearly with little or no background noise. We try to ensure fair and suitable access to our services whatever a person’s disability.
Dedicated disabled parking is available on site at our Williton surgery.
If you have a specific disability that our current facilities are unable to meet, please let our Management Partner know so that we can try to overcome this.
Loop System
We have a loop induction system at the reception desk to assist the hearing impaired.
