Our practice is working as part of the West Somerset Primary Care Network (PCN) to deliver COVID vaccinations to patients in our community. We are working alongside our colleagues at Dunster & Porlock Surgeries, Exmoor Medical Centre and Minehead Medical Centre to run the GP-led vaccination centre at Minehead Community Hospital. The PCN site supports the work of the mass vaccination centres and National Booking Service to help vaccinate members of our community as quickly as possible. As well as supporting the mass vaccination centres to protect those within the priority age groups as quickly as possible, the local PCN hub has been responsible for calling in patients clinically vulnerable to COVID-19. Patients may be contacted by either the National or Local Booking Service as they become eligible for a COVID vaccination.
